The founding team of Vogosen consists of three PhDs with complementary expertises in the field of data science and machine learning as well as finance and business policy. We are ready to build custom information systems for your fund's ESG needs that will yield dividens for the long-term.
As an entrepreneur and consultant, Zakaryae Boudi developed an in-depth expertise in multiple areas including new technologies (AI, Big Data, Cloud computing, etc.), public policies and international development (employment / training, security, transport, infrastructure, sustainable development, PPP, etc.).
Before launching one of the leading labor market intelligence start-ups in France and French-speaking Africa, Zakaryae had the opportunity to work in international collaborative teams on diverse economic and social challenges. In particular, he led the development of the global PPP and financing centre of excellence at the International Union of Railways, as part of the Sustainability Unit, and managed a major digital program focused on talents and skills.
Zakaryae holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs (Morocco) as well as a Master from Sciences Po Paris, and he recently completed a PhD thesis on AI systems' control using mathematical formal methods.
Jiulin Teng has deep understanding of key topics in management science and new technologies. He also has broad knowledge in macroeconomics, business policy, and software engineering.
Upon completing his dissertation on the application of game theory in competitive strategy, Jiulin Teng worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company (Belgium). More recently, he has launched and participated in a number of startups in blockchain, IT, and AI. He is a proficient database architect and is a full-stack developer with good command of modern programming languages. He has also taken an interest in Natural Language Processing.
Jiulin Teng holds a PhD in Strategic Management and Business Policy from HEC Paris (France). He also has a Master’s degree in Bioentrepreneurship from Karolinska Institute (Sweden) and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Nankai University (China).
Mohamed TOUB is an AI and data expert. He co-founded TrouveTaVoie and led the development of its real-time labor market information Big Data system.
Passionate about mathematics and science, Mohamed has been actively contributing to the US association "Mind Trekkers", a non-profit organization actively working on attracting young people to STEM skills and jobs.
Mohamed is an engineer and holds a PhD both from Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs and the Michigan University of Technology, where he mainly worked on AI models for complex process otpimization with applications in smart energy management.
